What did you do for Valentine's Day? The Valentine's concert's a "must" for all who love jazz and love "love!"
The concert brought together two great Phoenix musicians - Judy Roberts on Piano and vocalist Renee Patrick - into our midst. For Renee it was a return engagement (she was here once in both 2009 & 2010), and this time she teamed with the great and gifted Judy Roberts, who made her first appearance at Jazz at the Church. Not only a fabulous jazz pianist, Judy's also a singer and all around joy to watch as she brings the best of Jazz to her audience. Joining Judy and Renee was Sedona's own pianist and singer Steve Sandner.
Each year we do a Valentine Concert, and this year's concert was absolutely outstanding, with the church filled with jazz afficionados to the point of "Standng Room Only."
